Police found two victims only identified as boys in the mid-teens with gunshot wounds. Officers were called to the area of Cave Creek and Beardsley roads around 1030 am where the incident occurred. Nicholas Cowan the man accused of shooting a Phoenix police officer last week has been taken into custody.
